We strictly respect and protect the privacy of our donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and website visitors in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Income Tax Act, 1961.

2. Collection of Donor Data & Form 10BD Statutory Filing

When you make a donation, we collect mandatory information including your Full Name, Email, Mobile Number, Residential Address, and Permanent Account Number (PAN).

Statutory Income Tax Purpose: Under Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) Rule 18AB and Section 80G(5)(viii), non-profit organizations must electronically file an annual Form 10BD statement containing donor PAN and donation amounts. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal or financial information to any commercial third parties. Your data is used strictly for:

  • Issuing computer-generated 80G tax exemption receipts and donation certificates.
  • Statutory annual compliance filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Income Tax Department.
  • Sending occasional newsletters and impact reports (from which you can unsubscribe at any time).

4. Payment Security & Encryption

All online transactions are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay / Cashfree) with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store credit/debit card CVVs, PINs, or net banking passwords on our servers.

5. Data Principal Rights & Contact

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to request access, correction, or review of your stored contact details by writing to our Grievance Officer at contact@anamifoundation.org.
