1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the web platform of ANAMI FOUNDATION (“anamifoundation.org”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Maharashtra.

2. Voluntary Donations & Eligibility

All donations made through our portal are voluntary charitable contributions intended for non-profit social development, healthcare, child education, and rural empowerment programs. Donors confirm that:

• They are competent Indian citizens or legal entities providing funds from legitimate, non-prohibited sources.
• In accordance with Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) provisions, donations are made using Indian bank accounts or Indian cards in INR currency.

3. Tax Exemption (Section 80G)

Donations to ANAMI FOUNDATION qualify for 50% income tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The Foundation assumes no liability for donor tax liabilities outside the scope of issued 80G certificates.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

The name “ANAMI FOUNDATION”, the logo, campaign photos, audio-visual materials, and reports on this website are the property of the Foundation and may not be used for commercial advertising without prior written consent.
