Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Charitable Contributions

ANAMI FOUNDATION operates as a registered Section 8 Non-Profit organization. All contributions received through our website or direct bank transfer are voluntary philanthropic donations utilized directly for public healthcare, child education, and rural development projects in Maharashtra.

2. Erroneous or Duplicate Transactions

In the rare event of an accidental duplicate transaction, technical error, or unauthorized card usage:

• The donor must submit a refund request within 7 (seven) calendar days of the transaction date by emailing contact@anamifoundation.org.
• The email must include the Donor Full Name, Mobile Number, Transaction Reference / Payment ID, Bank Account proof of deduction, and Reason for Refund.
• Upon verification by our finance desk, the refund will be credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Cancellation after 80G Statutory Filing

Once an official 80G tax receipt has been utilized or included in the mandatory annual Form 10BD electronic filing with the Income Tax Department, refunds cannot be processed due to statutory tax compliance restrictions.
